Penne Salad with Spring peas |
1pound penne or medium pasta shells cooked, cooled
1 1/2cups American Garden canned green peas
1/2cup sliced green onions and tops
1large yellow or red pepper sliced
1cup skim milk
½ cup American Garden Cider vinegar
½ cup American Garden Light mayonnaise or Ranch salad dressing
¼ cup minced American Garden parsley
1 packet artificial sweetener, or to taste
2 teaspoons drained green peppercorns crushed (optional)
¼ teaspoon American Garden salt
1/8 teaspoon American Garden black pepper

Combine pasta, peas, green onions and pepper in salad bowl. Mix milk, vinegar, mayonnaise or salad dressing, parsley, artificial sweetener and peppercorns.
Pour dressing over salad and toss; season to taste with salt and pepper.
