Recipe Name Seafood Salad
Serves 3 cups
Ingredients

1/2 pound crab or kanikama or surimi chopped and shredded
1/2 cup finely-chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup finely-chopped celery
1/4 cup finely-chopped American Garden dill pickle
1 Tablespoon American Garden sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp dill weeds
1/2 tsp American Garden salt or to taste
1/8 tsp American Garden white pepper or to taste
1/4 cup American Garden Light mayonnaise
3/4 tsp American Garden mustard

Instruction

Toss crab (surimi), sweet onion, celery, dill pickle, sweet pickle relish, dill weed, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and mustard until combined.

Serve as a salad topper, sandwich spread, chunky dip, or appetizer cracker topper.Chill

Note
Note: Imitation crab is also known as surimi. It generally made from pollock whitefish which is formed, flavored, and colored to resemble crab. It is a good choice for those who are unable to eat shellfish. Feel free to substitute freshly-cooked crab, lobster, or cooked shrimp for the imitation if you wish.
