Barbecue Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 700 grams ground beef

  • ½ cup American Garden breadcrumbs plain

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • ⅓ cup American Garden BBQ sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. American Garden U.S Mustard

  • 1 ½ Tsp. chili powder

  • 1 Tsp. garlic powder

  • ½ Tsp. salt

  • ½ Tsp. ground black pepper

  • 2 large eggs

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, and onion, 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Form meat mixture into a 20 x 10-cm loaf on a pan. Spread remaining barbecue sauce over top of meat loaf. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour or until a thermometer registers 160°C. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Cut loaf into 12 slices.
