This refreshing beetroot salad combines sweet and salty flavors perfectly. So when you’re craving a colorful and simple salad over lunch or dinner, this recipe is a definite winner!


Ingredients

  • ‎400g arugula leaves
  • ‎500g beetroots
  • ‎400g feta cheese, crumbled
  • ‎1 cup walnuts, halved
  • ‎1 tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎1 tsp salt‎
  • ‎1 cup American Garden Italian dressing‎

Instructions

  1. ‎1-‎ In a pot, boil beetroots in water for 45 minutes then drain well. Peel and slice. Leave aside.‎
    ‎2-‎ In a bowl, combine arugula leaves, feta cheese, walnuts and beetroots. Add American Garden ‎Italian dressing and season with salt and black pepper.‎
    ‎3-‎ Toss ingredients to combine and serve. ‎
