This blueberry pie recipe is everything but ordinary! It’s so easy to prepare and needs few ingredients! Give it a try!


Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 g butter at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g American Garden blueberry filling
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1- Preheat oven to 180˚C and grease a pie dish.
    2- Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla. Mix in the eggs and then the sour cream until mixture is creamy.
    3- Sift in the flour and mix until batter is smooth.
    4- Pour the batter evenly in the pie dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
    5- Remove from oven and leave to cool.
    6- Flip on a tray and spread American Garden blueberry filling on top.
    7- Garnish with blueberries and serve immediately.
