Cashew chicken stir fry

Easy to cook, stir-fry chicken cashew chicken is the perfect meal for your lazy night dinners. It’s full of flavors and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts cut into thin slices

  • 1 Tbsp. American Garden vinegar

  • 2 Tsp. American Garden Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. Chicken seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp. American Garden Hot Sauce

  • ¼ cup Beans Sprouts

  • 1 Tsp. Green Chili Paste

  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

  • 1 Broccoli head, blanched

  • 2 Tbsp. Corn Flour

  • 1 Tbsp. Cashew nuts, fried

  • 2 Tbsp. Scallions, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger, chopped

  • Salt-to-taste

  • Pepper-to-taste

Preparation

  • Place the chicken in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with chicken seasoning & corn flour. Mix well and keep the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.

  • In a frying pan, heat some oil; add the marinated chicken and cook stirring occasionally until crispy golden.

  • Heat a shallow pan over medium heat. Add oil, garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Add green chili paste, hot sauce, vinegar and soy sauce.

  • Add fried chicken, blanched broccoli and fried cashew nuts. Cook for 2 minutes.

  • Adjust seasoning to taste. Add sprouts and scallions.

  • Serve hot alongside with American Garden Hot sauce.

  • Serve with boiled noodles or rice.
