The original Classic Ceasar salad that you usually order at restaurants can now be prepared at home with our special recipe. Try it for lunch or dinner!
1. Place bread cubes on a baking sheet and drizzle with 4 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and garlic powder then toss to coat. Bake in a 190 ºC preheated oven until golden, around 12 minutes, tossing occasionally. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
2. Season chicken cubes with salt and black pepper. Heat remaining oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken until brown, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and leave to cool.
3. Tear the iceberg lettuce into pieces using your hands. Arrange on a large serving platter. Top with croutons, chicken and Parmesan cheese.
4. Drizzle with the creamy Caesar dressing and serve immediately.
Note: You can make the croutons 3 days ahead and store them in a resealable plastic bag or in an airtight container, at room temperature.
