If you’re a fan of Mexican cuisine, this chicken tacos recipe will suit you perfectly; the chicken is perfectly marinated to guarantee a unique taste!


Ingredients

  • To prepare the chicken:
  • 500g boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp American Garden apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp red hot chili pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • To prepare the tacos:
  • 4 Taco shells
  • American Garden jalapeno sliced-to-taste
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • Sour cream-to-taste

Instructions

  1. 1- In a bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar with lime juice, oil and garlic.
    2- Season with salt, black pepper, oregano and chili pepper.
    3- Add the chicken and toss until coated. Marinate for 2-4 hours.
    4- Preheat the grill on medium heat.
    5- Grill the chicken breast on both sides until cooked through. Leave to cool.
    6- Cut the chicken breast into even slices.
    7- Fill the taco shells with the sliced chicken.
    8- Top with jalapeno and avocado slices.
    9- Serve with sour cream.
