Instructions
1- In a bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar with lime juice, oil and garlic.
2- Season with salt, black pepper, oregano and chili pepper.
3- Add the chicken and toss until coated. Marinate for 2-4 hours.
4- Preheat the grill on medium heat.
5- Grill the chicken breast on both sides until cooked through. Leave to cool.
6- Cut the chicken breast into even slices.
7- Fill the taco shells with the sliced chicken.
8- Top with jalapeno and avocado slices.
9- Serve with sour cream.
