Calling all Indian cuisine fans: this is the easiest recipe to make chicken Tikka masala at home! It’s perfect for BBQ parties and the marinade can be used on any other chicken cuts!
1- In a bowl, mix together the ginger, garlic, cumin, Garam masala and red hot chili powder.
2- Add the yogurt, salt, lemon juice and tomato paste.
3- Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover the bowl and marinate for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
4- Preheat the grill and grease with little oil.
5- Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers.
6- Grill on all sides until the chicken cubes are cooked through.
7- Serve immediately with a salad on the side.
