- Chocolate peanut butter squares
Ingredients
1 Cup American Garden U.S. Peanut Butter Creamy
150g Butter at room temperature
2 Cups Crushed Biscuits
1 ½ Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
For Chocolate Ganache:
2 Cups chocolate, cut into small pieces
5 Tsp. American Garden U.S. Peanut Butter Creamy

Preparation
In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, crushed biscuits, butter and sugar until well combined.
Press mixture evenly onto the bottom of a pan.
To prepare the chocolate ganache, melt chocolate and peanut butter on a double boiler, stirring occasionally.
Pour the mixture over the pan, spread evenly then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut the dessert into squares and serve.
