Ingredients

  • 1 Cup American Garden U.S. Peanut Butter Creamy

  • 150g Butter at room temperature

  • 2 Cups Crushed Biscuits

  • 1 ½ Cups Confectioners’ Sugar

  • For Chocolate Ganache:

  • 2 Cups chocolate, cut into small pieces

  • 5 Tsp. American Garden U.S. Peanut Butter Creamy

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, crushed biscuits, butter and sugar until well combined.

  • Press mixture evenly onto the bottom of a pan.

  • To prepare the chocolate ganache, melt chocolate and peanut butter on a double boiler, stirring occasionally.

  • Pour the mixture over the pan, spread evenly then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  • Cut the dessert into squares and serve.
