If you’re in hurry and looking for a quick and easy lunch to serve, you can make this grilled chicken salad. It tastes great, give it a try!


Ingredients

  • To prepare the chicken:
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp American Garden U.S. mustard
  • 6 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • To prepare the salad:
  • 1 coarsely chopped lollo lettuce
  • 1 orange cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • To prepare the dressing:
  • ¼ cup American Garden lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp American garden U.S. mustard
  • Salt-to-taste

Instructions

  1. 1- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt with olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt and black pepper.
    2- Make some incisions on the chicken breasts and coat with the mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
    3- Place the chicken on a preheated grill and cook from both sides. Leave to cool.
    4- In a bowl mix the lettuce with the orange and walnuts.
    5- To prepare the dressing: blend all the ingredients together.
    6- Cut the chicken breasts into even slices.
    7- Place the chicken on top of the salad and serve with the dressing.
