Instructions
1- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano, black pepper and salt.
2- Add the shrimps, toss to coat and cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
3- Lightly grease the grill and preheat it on medium heat.
4- Thread the shrimps onto wooden skewers. Leave the remaining marinade aside.
5- Grill the shrimps from both sides, while basting frequently with the reserved marinade.
6- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
