Grilled meat balls

Ingredients

  • 500g ground meat

  • 1 grated onion

  • Salt-to-taste

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup American Garden plain bread crumbs

  • 1 red onion cut into cubes

  • _For serving:

  • American Garden ketchup-to-taste

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the meat with the grated onion and bread crumbs.

  • Season with salt, cinnamon and black pepper.

  • Form the mixture into medium-sized balls.

  • Thread onto wooden skewers alternating with red onions.

  • Preheat the grill on medium heat and grease with little oil.

  • Place the skewers gently on the grill until cooked from all sides.

  • Serve them immediately with little ketchup on the side.
