Ingredients

  • To prepare the burger:‎
  • ‎4 halloumi slices (100 g each)‎
  • ‎8 romaine lettuce leaves‎
  • ‎4 marrows, sliced‎
  • ‎4 small-sized eggplants, sliced‎
  • ‎4 burger buns‎
  • ‎1 tbsp vegetable oil‎
  • Salt-to-taste
  • Black pepper-to-taste
  • To prepare the mayonnaise dressing:‎
  • ‎4 tbsp American Garden U.S. Mayonnaise
  • ‎4 tsp American Garden U.S. Mustard
  • ‎4 tsp American Garden Lemon Juice
  • ‎½ tsp salt‎
  • ‎1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1- Lightly brush your grill with vegetable oil so the halloumi, eggplant and marrow slices won’t ‎stick. ‎
    ‎2-‎ Season eggplant and marrow slices with salt and black pepper.‎
    ‎3-‎ Grill eggplant slices over high heat, 5 min for each side.‎
    ‎4- Grill halloumi and marrow slices over high heat for 3 min, switching sides halfway through the ‎process.‎
    ‎5-‎ In a small bowl, mix American Garden U.S. Mayonnaise with American Garden U.S. Mustard ‎and American Garden Lemon Juice. Season with salt and black pepper.‎
    ‎6-‎ On the bottom half of each bun, spread a spoonful of mayonnaise mixture. Top it with 2 ‎lettuce leaves, grilled halloumi, eggplant and marrow slices. Cover with the top bun halves and ‎serve.‎
