Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups American Garden U.S Mayonnaise
  • 1 kg frozen hash browns, defrosted about 15 minutes
  • 250 grams beef bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Melt cheese in pan over low heat and keep stirring.

  3. Add mayonnaise and potatoes to cheese and mix.

  4. Place into a baking tray and top with bacon.

  5. Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
