Enrobed with a thin layer of chocolate, these peanut butters balls will make a great accompaniment to coffee and a quick snack to stop the cravings!
1- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Microwave for 20 seconds. Add in the powdered sugar, a little at a time until the mixture holds together.
2- Shape into medium-sized balls. Refrigerate for about an hour until firm.
3- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.
4- Dip the peanut butter balls one at a time into the melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off. Place onto parchment paper until firm. Chill before serving.
