We added mayonnaise to this traditional recipe to make it even creamier! Serve it as a side dish to accompany your main courses.
1- Preheat the oven to 180˚C and grease a baking dish with butter.
2- In a bowl, mix together the milk with cooking cream, American Garden mayonnaise and garlic. Season with salt and black pepper.
3- Layer the potato slices in the baking dish and pour the previous mixture.
4- Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
5- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 50 minutes.
6- Remove the foil and serve immediately.
