Course

Those French fries are served with parmesan and a variety of spices and herbs to make them more appealing!


Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 Tsp. Celery Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Rosemary
  • Oil, For Frying (as needed)
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese and rosemary. Keep mixture aside.
    2. Deep fry potatoes until golden & crispy.
    3. On a serving plate, put the fries and sprinkle with salt, crushed black pepper, parmesan cheese and dried rosemary.

    Serve the fries with the American Garden Thousand Island dressing.

    Could find only one vegetarian recipe. But really nice one.
