If you’re looking for a delicious way to serve your shrimps during your barbecue gatherings, you should definitely try our shrimp sandwich recipe. It’s juicy, mouthwatering and unbeatable!


Ingredients

  • To prepare the pickled mayonnaise sauce:‎
  • ‎1 cup American Garden U.S. mayonnaise‎
  • ‎¼ cup American Garden Pickeled Cucumber Dill Flavored‎, sliced
  • ‎1 onion, finely chopped‎
  • ‎3 tbsp American Garden Mustard‎
  • ‎½ tsp salt‎
  • ‎¼ tsp black pepper
  • To prepare the shrimps:‎
  • ‎1 kg large shrimps, peeled and deveined‎
  • ‎½ cup olive oil‎
  • ‎5 garlic cloves, minced‎
  • ‎1 tsp cayenne pepper‎
  • ‎2 tbsp American Garden Worcestershire sauce‎
  • ‎1 tsp salt‎
  • To prepare the sandwich:‎
  • ‎5 round buns, split‎
  • ‎1 bunch rocket leaves
  • ‎1 tomato, sliced‎
  • ‎1 red onion, sliced‎
  • ‎200 g mozzarella cheese, sliced

Instructions

  1. ‎1- In a bowl, mix American Garden mayonnaise, American Garden bread and butter sweet chips, ‎American Garden mustard and chopped onion. Season with salt and black pepper.‎
    ‎2-‎ In a separate mixing bowl, combine shrimps with olive oil, garlic cloves, cayenne pepper and ‎American Garden Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and mix well until combined. Cover ‎the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.‎
    ‎3-‎ Grill shrimps for 4 min, flipping once halfway through the process.‎
    ‎4-‎ Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise sauce over the lower slice of a round bun. Top it with rocket ‎leaves and grilled shrimp then add slices of mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and red onions. ‎Cover ingredients with the top slice of the bun.‎
    ‎5- Repeat step 4 until the quantities are finished. Serve immediately and enjoy!‎
