Strawberry cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups flour

  • 250 g butter, at room temperature

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 4 eggs, at room temperature

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • _To prepare the frosting:

  • 100 g butter, at room temperature

  • 200 g powdered sugar

  • ¼ cup American Garden strawberry filling

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C and line muffin cups with papers

  • In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder.

  • Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla. Mix in the eggs until mixture is creamy.

  • Add in the flour mixture gradually and the milk until batter is smooth.

  • Divide batter in the muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.

  • To prepare the frosting: beat the butter until smooth then add the sugar.

  • Mix in the American Garden strawberry filling until cream is consistent.

  • Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting.
