Ingredients
1¾ cups flour
250 g butter, at room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, at room temperature
1½ tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
_To prepare the frosting:
100 g butter, at room temperature
200 g powdered sugar
¼ cup American Garden strawberry filling

Preparation
Preheat oven to 180˚C and line muffin cups with papers
In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder.
Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla. Mix in the eggs until mixture is creamy.
Add in the flour mixture gradually and the milk until batter is smooth.
Divide batter in the muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.
To prepare the frosting: beat the butter until smooth then add the sugar.
Mix in the American Garden strawberry filling until cream is consistent.
Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting.
