Ingredients Preparation Ingredients 1 cup Milk 4 tablespoons American garden Creamy Peanut Butter 2 whole Bananas 1/2 cup Oats Instructions 1- Combine milk, bananas, oats and peanut butter in a blender. 2- Blend for 30 seconds and stir then blend for another 60 seconds. 3- Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve, or refrigerate until needed.
