Try our easy recipe for a thick and creamy smoothie, prepared with fresh bananas, peanut butter and some old-fashioned oats. It’s delicious and keeps well in the fridge!
Instructions
1- Combine milk, bananas, oats and peanut butter in a blender.
2- Blend for 30 seconds and stir then blend for another 60 seconds.
3- Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve, or refrigerate until needed.
