Ingredients
1kg chicken breasts cut into cubes
½ cup American Garden BBQ sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt-to-taste
Black pepper-to-taste
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp turmeric
1 red bell pepper cut into cubes
1 green bell pepper cut into cubes
250g fresh mushrooms

Preparation
Place the chicken in a large bowl.
Add the BBQ sauce, olive oil and garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin and turmeric.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Thread the chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill turning them from time to time until the chicken is done.
