Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken pieces (preferably 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup melted butter (to fry the nuggets)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup American Garden breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup American Garden’s Real Mayonnaise Squeeze Bottle Garlic/ American Garden’s Real Mayonnaise Squeeze Bottle Chilli
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of onion and garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoons oil (to fry the veggies)

Instructions

  1. How to make chicken nuggets?

  2. Marinating the chicken:
    In a bowl take chicken pieces, onion and garlic paste, pepper and salt in it. Mix these and then mince. Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour.

  3. Prepare the nuggets
    In another bowl, beat an egg and keep it aside. Prepare the marinated mixture into small nuggets. Dip the nuggets one by one into the beaten egg mixture. Coat the nuggets into the bread crumb mixture and arrange them on a plate. You can use American Garden's Roasted Garlic Breadcrumb for that special flavor.

  4. Deep fry the coated chicken
    In a pan, pour ½ cup melted butter and let it heat in a medium flame. Once heated, put the nuggets in it and deep fry for 2 minutes. Fry both sides well.   5. Fried Rice:
    •Soak half a bowl of rice for over 2 hours. Rinse it thoroughly.
    •Chop some vegetables like carrots, peas and bell pepper. Heat oil and fry the veggies.
    •Then pour the washed rice and add water. Let the rice come to a good boil.
    •Add some chopped onions and chilli to a frying pan. Add some sauce to it (optional). You can try American Garden's Soya Sauce or Worcestershire sauce. Add the fried veggies.
    •Then add the cooked rice and add the required salt. Toss the pan along with the veggies.
    •Your fried rice is ready! Serve it piping hot, with the chicken nuggets. It is the ultimate meal idea indeed!
