If you’re looking for an exquisite new BBQ recipe, try this chicken satay, prepared with a special sauce that will surely astound you!


Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp American Garden soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp red hot chili pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, peanut oil, ginger and garlic.
    2- Season with curry powder, coriander, hot chili pepper, salt and black pepper.
    3- Pour the marinade over the chicken and cover the bowl. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    4- Preheat the grill on medium heat and grease it lightly.
    5- Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers.
    6- Grill from all sides until done.
