Ingredients
1 egg cut into 4 slices
2 tbsp. American Garden U.S. Mayonnaise
2 cucumber slices
2 radish slices
1 Mozzarella slice
1 red bell pepper slice
1 lettuce leaf
1 Turkey ham slice
1 bread slice
2 stems chive

Preparation
Spread mayonnaise evenly on the bread.
Top it with lettuce then with slices of cheese and ham.
Put the slice of red bell pepper in the center to make the body of the butterfly.
Assemble the sliced eggs to make the wings.
Top the lower wings with cucumber and radish slices.
Make the butterfly’s antennae with 2 stems of chive.
