Feta cheese sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices feta cheese

  • 2-3 lettuce leaves

  • 1 sliced tomato

  • 1 sliced cucumber

  • 2 tbsp American Garden sliced black olives

  • 2 tbsp American Garden sandwich spread

  • 1 pita bread

Preparation

  • Open pita bread at cut end then pull the 2 sides apart without separating the loaves.

  • Place on a working surface and put the sandwich spread on the bottom half.

  • Add lettuce leaves followed by tomato and cucumber slices.

  • Top with feta cheese and sliced black olives.

  • Wrap the sandwich and serve immediately.
