This feta cheese sandwich is loaded with veggies to guarantee a balanced meal for your kids. Add it to their lunchbox with some fresh fruit juice!


Ingredients

  • 4 slices feta cheese
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp American Garden sliced black olives
  • 2 tbsp American Garden sandwich spread
  • 1 pita bread

Instructions

  1. 1. Open pita bread at cut end then pull the 2 sides apart without separating the loaves.
    2. Place on a working surface and put the sandwich spread on the bottom half.
    3. Add lettuce leaves followed by tomato and cucumber slices.
    4. Top with feta cheese and sliced black olives.
    5. Wrap the sandwich and serve immediately.
