Fish Fingers | Fish Sticks
This Fish Sticks recipe is great as an appetizer or as a quick snack between meals.
Preheat oven to 205°C.
In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs and spices. Place flour and egg in separate bowls.
Dip fish in flour to coat both sides; shake off excess.
Dip in egg, then in crumb mixture, pat to help coating to stick.
Place on a baking tray coated with some butter. Bake 10-12 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork and turn it once.
Serve the Fish Sticks with some ketchup as a dip.
