Ingredients
_To prepare the chicken:
2 chicken breasts
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp American Garden U.S. mustard
6 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
_To prepare the salad:
1 coarsely chopped lollo lettuce
1 orange cut into wedges
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
_To prepare the dressing:
¼ cup American Garden lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp American garden U.S. mustard
Salt-to-taste

Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt with olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt and black pepper.
Make some incisions on the chicken breasts and coat with the mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Place the chicken on a preheated grill and cook from both sides. Leave to cool.
In a bowl mix the lettuce with the orange and walnuts.
To prepare the dressing: blend all the ingredients together.
Cut the chicken breasts into even slices.
Place the chicken on top of the salad and serve with the dressing.
