Ground beef pasta bake

Ingredients

  • 500 g big pasta shells, boiled

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced

  • 450 g ground beef

  • 600 g American Garden pasta sauce

  • Salt-to-taste

  • Black pepper-to-taste

  • _To garnish:

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Pour American Garden pasta sauce and season with salt and black pepper. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

  • Pour half the mixture in a baking pan.

  • Fill the pasta shells with the remaining mixture and place them in the baking sheet.

  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes in pre-heated oven over medium heat.
