As a morning boost or an afternoon recharge, these Peanut Butter Energy Balls score a hit with everyone. Serve them with coffee in the morning or as a quick snack between lunch and dinner!
Instructions
1 - In a mixing bowl, combine dried cherries and cranberries, crushed almonds, oats, American Garden Chunky Peanut Butter, flax seeds and chocolate chips. Add honey & vanilla extract, then mix until ingredients are combined.
2 - Cool the mixture for 20 minutes in the refrigerator, then take it out and shape into equal-size balls.
3 - Arrange the balls on a baking sheet. Freeze for about an hour and serve!
