Ingredients

  • 15 cooked falafel balls (homemade, store bought or frozen)
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 diced cucumber
  • 1 onion finely chopped (red or white)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 quantities of pita bread (homemade or use store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Heat up some olive oil on a griddle or frying pan and coat the pita breads with olive oil until they turn slightly brown

  2. Once the bread is nicely heated up cut open the top to reveal the pocket
