Ingredients
400g macaroni pasta
½ cup basil leaves, chopped
½ cup American Garden sliced black olives
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tsp. Italian seasoning
1 cup American Garden Diced Tomatoes
¼ cup American Garden sliced mushrooms
1 diced onion
2 Tbsp. American Garden ketchup
2 cups American Garden Pizza Sauce
Salt-to-taste
Black pepper-to-taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella
50g pepperoni slices

Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package’s directions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the garlic with the Italian seasoning for 3 minutes, then add the onion and basil leaves; cook for 2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, olives and mushrooms; cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the ketchup and pizza sauce.
Add the cooked pasta and toss with the sauce. Transfer to a baking dish. Cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni slices.
Bake until cheese melts and serve hot.
