Course

This savory cake is a great snack for your children’s lunchbox. It’s easy, nutritious and needs 10 minutes to prepare only before putting it in the oven!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 200g crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup American garden sliced black olives
  • ½ cup American garden sliced green olives
  • 200g Turkey ham cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. 1- Heat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
    2- In a mixing bowl, mix the flour with baking powder then add the milk.
    3- Add the beaten eggs along with olive oil. Mix well.
    4- Stir in the feta cheese then add the sliced olives and the ham.
    5- Pour the cake batter in the prepared loaf pan.
    6- Bake for 45 minutes until done.
