Bursting with an amazing taste of strawberries and vanilla, these delicious cupcakes will definitely be the perfect treat this summer!


Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups flour
  • 250 g butter, at room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • To prepare the frosting:
  • 100 g butter, at room temperature
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup American Garden strawberry filling

Instructions

  1. 1- Preheat oven to 180˚C and line muffin cups with papers
    2- In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder.
    3- Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla. Mix in the eggs until mixture is creamy.
    4- Add in the flour mixture gradually and the milk until batter is smooth.
    5- Divide batter in the muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.
    6- To prepare the frosting: beat the butter until smooth then add the sugar.
    7- Mix in the American Garden strawberry filling until cream is consistent.
    8- Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting.
