1- Put the livers in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.
2- Add garlic, ginger, chili powder, turmeric, oil and BBQ sauce.
3- Wrap the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
4- Thread the livers onto wooden skewers and pat with a tissue to remove the excess of marinade.
5- Place on a preheated grill while basting with the rest of the marinade. Leave until cooked.
6- Serve immediately.
