Ingredients

  • 500g of Chicken Breasts chopped into wide slices

  • ½ tsp of Salt

  • ½ tsp of White Pepper

  • ½ cup of Flour

  • 1 cup of American Garden Garlic Bread Crumbs

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Tbsp of Milk

  • 2 Tbsps of Vegetable Oil

  • _For Serving:

  • ½ cup of American Garden Real Mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup of American Garden Ketchup

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. In another bowl, place the American Garden Garlic Bread Crumbs; and in a third bowl, place the flour.

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and white pepper; then dip them consecutively in the flour, then the eggs, and finally the bread crumbs.

  • Stack the chicken pieces in an oven sheet slightly greased with oil; then coat the chicken’s top with the remaining amount of oil.

  • Place the sheet in a preheated oven at 180oC until the chicken is cooked and the pieces are browned.

  • In a bowl, mix together the American Garden Ketchup and Real Mayonnaise, and then serve the sauce beside the chicken on your dining table.
