Ingredients
500 g boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
1 cubed red bell pepper
2 tbsp American Garden Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 chopped onion
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 cup American Garden plain bread crumbs

Preparation
In a chopper, process the chicken along with the bell pepper, garlic and onion.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt, black and white peppers and paprika.
Add the breadcrumbs and mix with your hands until the mixture is homogenous.
Roll the mixture to form medium-sized balls.
Shape into fingers and thread onto wooden skewers.
Place the skewers on a preheated grill until cooked through.
Serve immediately.
