Ingredients

  • _To prepare the chicken:

  • 500 g chicken breasts cut into thick slices

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp American Garden lemon juice

  • Salt-to-taste

  • Black pepper-to-taste

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • _To prepare sauce:

  • ½ cup American Garden Mayonnaise

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt-to-taste

  • 2 tbsp American Garden lemon juice

  • _To prepare the sandwich:

  • 1 fresh baguette loaf cut into 2 slices

  • ½ cup rocket leaves

  • 1 tomato cut into slices

  • ¼ cup shredded carrots

  • Red hot pepper-to-taste

Preparation

  • Marinate chicken slices in oil, American Garden lemon juice, salt, black pepper and rosemary for 2 hours.

  • Preheat grill over medium heat and cook the chicken until well done.

  • Whisk the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

  • Split the baguette lengthwise without cutting it all the way through; spread the sauce evenly on the 2 sides.

  • Add rocket leaves, shredded carrots, tomatoes and grilled chicken slices then sprinkle with red pepper. Serve immediately.
