Fish Fingers | Fish Sticks

Ingredients

  • ½ cup American Garden Bread Crumbs Plain

  • ½ Tsp. salt

  • ½ Tsp. paprika

  • ½ Tsp. pepper

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg – beaten

  • 350 grams cod fillets – cut into 2 cm strips

  • American Garden U.S Ketchup

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 205°C.

  • In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs and spices. Place flour and egg in separate bowls.

  • Dip fish in flour to coat both sides; shake off excess.

  • Dip in egg, then in crumb mixture, pat to help coating to stick.

  • Place on a baking tray coated with some butter. Bake 10-12 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork and turn it once.

  • Serve the Fish Sticks with some ketchup as a dip.
