- Fried Calamari
Ingredients
2 cups Plain flour or All-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. American garden dried Parsley
American garden celery salt to taste
1 Tsp. American garden hot sauce
4 cups American garden Breadcrumbs
4 Eggs
4 cups Calamari cut into rings
2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. American garden Mustard
Oil, for frying (as needed)
½ cup American garden garlic mayonnaise

Preparation
In a large bowl, marinate the calamari rings in lemon juice, mustard, hot sauce, parsley and celery salt. Keep aside for some time.
Heat the oil in a large deep saucepan.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour and eggs to form a batter.
Dip the marinated calamari rings in the above batter and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded calamari until golden brown. Lay on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with American garden garlic mayonnaise.
