Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups American Garden Button Mushroom (whole)

  • ¼ Cup Corn flour

  • 2 Tsp. Hot paprika

  • 2 Tsp. Italian seasoning

  • 2 Tsp. American Garden Soy sauce

  • 1 Small Bunch Spring onion, chopped

  • 2 Onions, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped

  • 2 Tsp. Black pepper, crushed

  • ¼ Cup American Garden Ketchup

  • Corn oil, for frying (as needed)

  • Salt-to-taste

  • Pepper-to-taste

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix mushrooms, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

  • Add corn flour and toss.

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the coated mushrooms until crisp. Keep aside.

  • Pour some oil in another pan. Add ginger, garlic and onions. Cook until translucent.

  • Add the fried mushrooms along with crushed black pepper, soy and ketchup. Toss for a minute.

  • Sprinkle with salt and spring onion and serve.
