- Peanut Butter balls with chocolate
Ingredients
¼ cup American Garden chunky peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
200 g dark chocolate

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Microwave for 20 seconds. Add in the powdered sugar, a little at a time until the mixture holds together.
Shape into medium-sized balls. Refrigerate for about an hour until firm.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.
Dip the peanut butter balls one at a time into the melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off. Place onto parchment paper until firm. Chill before serving.
