Yogurt Chicken Marinade

Marinated in a delicious Mayonnaise-Yogurt sauce, these chicken breasts are the perfect addition to your barbecue gathering. Moist and tender, your guests will surely fall in love with every bite!

Ingredients

  • ‎6 large chicken breasts, skinless and boneless‎

  • _To prepare the marinade:‎

  • ‎1 ½ cups plain yogurt‎

  • ‎4 tbsp American Garden U.S Mayonnaise‎

  • ‎4 tbsp olive oil‎

  • ‎2 tbsp American Garden Lemon Juice

  • ‎2 tbsp chili powder

  • ‎1 ½ tsp cumin‎

  • ‎½ tsp cinnamon‎

  • ‎1 ½ tsp coriander‎

  • ‎1 tbsp salt

  • ‎1 ½ tsp black pepper ‎

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt with olive oil, American Garden mayonnaise and American ‎Garden lemon juice. Add chili powder, cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Season with salt and ‎black pepper and mix well.‎

  • Add chicken breasts to the yogurt mixture. Turn to coat well, and refrigerate for 20 min.‎

  • Discard marinade from chicken breasts and grill for 12 min, turning occasionally until cooked ‎through.‎

  • Garnish chicken breasts with minced coriander and serve with a fresh salad.‎
