Ingredients

  • 2 kg beef back ribs (about 10 ribs)
  • ½ cup American Garden U.S. Ketchup
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 can green chilies - diced
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tsp. cayenne
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 1 Tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tsp. American Garden U.S. Mustard

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from beef ribs. Combine salt, pepper, and cayenne and rub over the ribs.

  2. Preheat grill and prepare for indirect grilling with a drip pan. Place ribs on grill over drip pan and close the lid.

  3. Cook for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours over a medium low, indirect heat.

  4. Sauce:
    To prepare sauce mix onion, honey, ketchup, chili peppers, garlic, and mustard in a pan. Heat over medium temperature, stirring until even and warmed through.

  5. When the ribs are almost done cooking, begin brushing over them with the sauce until you get a thick coating.

  6. Once cooked through, remove from heat and leave aside for 5 minutes. Cut into individual ribs and serve. Make a little extra sauce to serve on the side.
