Ingredients
200g noodles
2 capsicums, cut into thin slices
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
600g chicken thigh fillets, cut into small pieces
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, peeled, cut in half length-ways, thinly sliced
⅓ cup American Garden BBQ Sauce Hickory
2 tablespoons American Garden Soy Sauce

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until hot.
Add the chicken in two batches to avoid crowding. Stir-fry each batch for about 5 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same wok, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat.
Add sliced onion and carrots. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
Toss in the capsicum slices and stir-fry for another minute to keep them crunchy and colorful.
Return the chicken to the wok along with the veggies.
Pour in American Garden BBQ Sauce Hickory and American Garden Soy Sauce. Stir well and cook until the sauce starts bubbling.
Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the noodles are warmed and coated in sauce.
Serve right away in bowls with chopsticks for an authentic touch.
