- BBQ Chicken Noodles
Ingredients
200 g noodles
2 capsicums – cut into thin slices
4 tbsp vegetable oil
600 g chicken thigh fillets, cut into small pieces
1 onion – sliced
2 carrots, peeled, cut in half length-ways, thinly sliced
⅓ cup American Garden BBQ Sauce – Hickory
2 tbsp American Garden Soy Sauce

Cook noodles according to directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat 2 teaspoons of the oil in a large pan over a high heat. Add chicken in two batches. Stir for about 5 minutes, or until just cooked. Set aside in a different plate.
Heat remaining oil in same wok over high heat. Add onion and carrots. Stir for about 2 minutes, or until just tender. Add the capsicum. Stir for a further 1 minute.
Return chicken to pan with capsicum and BBQ Sauce and Soy Sauce. Cook till boiled. Add noodles. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until combined and hot.
Serve it in small bowels and you can add chopsticks next to it.
