BBQ Chicken Noodles

Enjoy the sizzling flavors of the Asian cuisine with the smoky and grilled taste of barbecue sauce.


  • 200 g noodles
  • 2 capsicums – cut into thin slices
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 600 g chicken thigh fillets, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion - sliced
  • 2 carrots, peeled, cut in half length-ways, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup American Garden BBQ Sauce - Hickory
  • 2 tbsp American Garden Soy Sauce


  1. Cook noodles according to directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat 2 teaspoons of the oil in a large pan over a high heat. Add chicken in two batches. Stir for about 5 minutes, or until just cooked. Set aside in a different plate.

  3. Heat remaining oil in same wok over high heat. Add onion and carrots. Stir for about 2 minutes, or until just tender. Add the capsicum. Stir for a further 1 minute.

  4. Return chicken to pan with capsicum and BBQ Sauce and Soy Sauce. Cook till boiled. Add noodles. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until combined and hot.

  5. Serve it in small bowels and you can add chopsticks next to it.
