If you like the fresh taste of salad and the sizzling flavor of BBQ, this recipe is great for you.


Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 6 cups lettuce - chopped
  • 1 tomato - diced
  • ¾ cup canned corn kernels, drained
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup American Garden Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup American Garden BBQ sauce
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat.

  2. Marinate chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste and add BBQ Sauce. Add to pan and cook, flip once, until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Let cool before dicing into bite-size pieces.

  3. To make the salad, place lettuce in a large bowl; top with chicken, tomato, corn, onion and cheese. Pour Ranch dressing on top of the salad and toss to combine.

  4. Serve immediately!
