Beautifully grilled, these chicken kebabs will serve perfectly for a barbecue. A recipe worth trying!


Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 1 cubed red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp American Garden Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup American Garden plain bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. 1- In a chopper, process the chicken along with the bell pepper, garlic and onion.
    2- Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt, black and white peppers and paprika.
    3- Add the breadcrumbs and mix with your hands until the mixture is homogenous.
    4- Roll the mixture to form medium-sized balls.
    5- Shape into fingers and thread onto wooden skewers.
    6- Place the skewers on a preheated grill until cooked through.
    7- Serve immediately.
